ramsingh munda , a tribal, out of sheer compassion adopts a baby bear not having d slightest knowledge dat this act of his kindness wud put him behind bars one day.

welcome to the developing india....a country developing at such a sheer pace that it has lost hold of the basic humanitarian values of luv n trust.its officials at d highest level hav lost focus of the need to b sensible regarding the laws\regulations n its nforcement.

munda n his daughter took care of the bear n the bear naturally wud hav developed a sense of attachment.wen the wildlife officials knew of this 'intimate relationship',they decided to act.they charged him under the protection laws of illegal confinement of a wildlife specie.

this ended a very unique human-animal bonding wherein the animal involvd cud hav easily attacked d human.

the bear was sent 2 a cage,munda imprisoned,daughter sent 2 a boarding school!!3 lives shattered by the senseless nforcement of a wildlife act..

consequenc::the bear has stoppd eating and is intensely missing its keeper!!!

munda who's an illiterate ,soaked in luv n affection ,had no idea of the protection laws when he brought the baby bear!!

the urgent need of the hour is to sensitize our officials 2 react in a much symphathetic way in such type of cases..'cos here the keeper had no intentions whatsoever to poach \ or hunt.

for the bear's sake n for its healthy upbringing , the officials must reunite them paving the way 4 a landmark judgement . so that people's trust on the indian laws is re-enforced!!

the human rights people, i think, must interfere!!!!
